The methodology applied in the study of root samples from mycorrhizal existing plantation trees or preinstalled seedlings, gives us a clear picture of the existence or absence of the truffle fungus in the plant.


Upon contacting with the customer for general information (such as age of trees, plant species, truffle region,  altitude and tended methodology that has been followed) is followed by stereoscopic and microscopic analysis of the sample with the help of specialized liquid discoloration and specific measurements.


Finally, based on the sample and the above mentioned general data, a quantitative assessment of mycorrhiza is done throughout the range of the tree roots (in presence, not in quality) in proportion to the sample size.
